We will re-weld any broken jump rings and will do our best to repair any breaks that are not on the jump ring, though extra fees may apply. ​

We are not responsible for misplaced or broken chains or any allergic reactions to metal. ​

Avoid tugging, twisting or applying too much pressure to merchandise as it can weaken the metal. 

​Permanent jewelry should be cleaned with non-abrasive soap + water.
